1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using developeraccounts.space, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Services

Developeraccounts.space provides Apple Developer accounts for purchase. All transactions are conducted through Telegram with an escrow/guarantor service for buyer protection.

3. Guarantee Terms

We offer a 7-day guarantee from the moment of account delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• No applications were uploaded to the account
• No devices were linked to the account
• No additional users were added to the account

If an account was unused and received a ban under the above conditions, we will provide a replacement.

4. 2FA Service

After account delivery, customers are added to a Telegram chat for receiving SMS verification codes. Phone numbers remain active for 14 days at no charge. Renewal is available at $5/month. Expired numbers may not be recoverable.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is processed only after successful account verification by the customer. We work through a trusted escrow service (guarantor) to ensure safe transactions for both parties.

6. Disclaimer

Developeraccounts.space is not affiliated with Apple Inc. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Apple, Apple Developer, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, developeraccounts.space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
